Since 2014, The Nines has been Lincoln’s go-to spot for feel-good fashion and real-girl confidence. We’re a locally owned boutique built on style, heart, and the kind of energy you get from a night out with your favorite people. In February 2024, we turned a new page with a new name—The Nines by Linnie Lou—and a continued commitment to helping you feel amazing in every moment that matters.

I’m Linda, but most people call me Linnie. I moved to Lincoln in 2020 for a fresh start after my career in ministry was unexpectedly paused. What started as a part-time gig steaming and tagging clothes turned into a purpose-filled path I never saw coming. From helping out when needed, to stepping in more and more, to becoming store manager… and eventually, the proud owner.

The name Linnie Lou is a tribute to my journey. It’s what my dad lovingly called me, a nickname that followed me from family to college to today. Rebranding The Nines to reflect that felt like the most personal and meaningful way to honor where we’ve been, and where we’re going.

At The Nines by Linnie Lou, we’re here to help you find that outfit...the one that makes you do a little spin in the mirror and text your bestie, “Okay but HOW cute is this?” Our racks are filled with curated pieces in sizes S–3X, because every body deserves to feel seen, hyped, and celebrated.
